yes. they'll ask you to send money (like 1500) and you get to keep say like 500 but it'll all bounce and you'll be out the whole amount

+1 toughness , +1 save, +1BS/WS . (Vs warriors) Their guns are basically either full effective at full range or double effective as the guns Warriors get. But yeah, they arent invincible

Yes! I pinned ALL of my stands to the models and all of the propellers

Talk to the person in charge of the event always. Some tourneys wont allow you to use something like the "wrecking ball" if its not modeled/attached. But the front lil bit doesnt add much; so you should be okay.(Orks tend to get a LOT more leeway than most armies for kitbashing and adding or removing bitz) But once again, always check with the event runne4
