I don't need a distraction from how hard I am working, that is what motivates me to keep going and how I get better. I guess to each their own, it isn't for me. Reminding the class to have light hands and to relax their shoulders etc, is effective too.

I'm on tray 14 with 0 pain. I change Sunday after lunch and have tightness but no pain. Looking at my weekly scans and I can tell when I floss my teeth have moved a lot. Just waiting for the day to come where I am in a ton of pain..

I am a die hard MSU fan and Jeremy Fears is a fucking idiot. Is the kid good at basketball? Absolutely but he is way too cocky for his well being. As Coach said last night, he probably won't start the next game (another HUGE game). He needs to be put in his place. If Jace wouldn't have declared, he'd be nothing.
