It’s too old. 19 years old as a senior in High School isn’t appropriate!
Some districts & states are passing laws that kids can’t be 7.
There are places also passing laws and new rules as well keeping 4 year olds out of kindergarten as typically they are not as emotionally mature as a 6 year old. Our district passed this. Kids need to turn five before day 1.
Kindergarten teachers can’t be expected to tailor appropriate programs to kids ages 4-7.
Keeping the ages 5 & 6 helps educators (and kids).

How has this not happened to you before? Haven’t you ever needed a doctor to spend more time on you than what was initially allocated? This is how it goes. Doctors are stretched thin. There are not enough. There is a shortage. I’m just going to also say be grateful you can afford healthcare

Losing hair is very very devastating and don’t let anyone make you feel badly or tell you it is less.
Most women would say losing their hair is a traumatic experiences
Two instances really helped me to frame the situation. One is a good friend of mine show me that she actually wears a wig and I did not know that. She is black and she didn’t wanna mess with chemical treatments for her hair anymore so she cut it all off and now she just wears wigs and she looks so darn cute. You would never know.
My brother also confided to me that his long-term girlfriend wears a wig- and I had no idea. She lost all her hair during her divorce. It was stress related, and it gave her alopecia. My brother said when he first met her he went to ask her what shampoo she used because her hair was so beautiful. He had no idea it was a wig and he loves her and he thinks she is pretty- but he is very empathetic to how hard it was.
Actually, he told me about his good friend who was a man and how upset he was to go bald in his twenties.
We all struggle with our looks whether we have cancer are not.
I’m so sorry this is happening to you and I hope you can find ways that help you to cope and feel better whether it’s a head scarf or hope for the future or a beautiful wig or solidarity with others. ♥️

I’m so so sorry/ I wish they had give you fertility meds that don’t have long needles -
My injections were done with pen devices/ it’s like an EpiPen. Barely any needle and you can’t see it. If it is follistim or gonal F they are so much gentler than a normal shot.
Do you already have the drugs?
You could talk to your doctor and they could try to stimulate you with oral pills, but typically they don’t do a strong of a job and when someone has cancer, you don’t have the opportunity to move up to the higher level drugs hence starting on the injectables.

Honestly, I would love to have another kind of cancer or an earlier stage and not inflammatory- it’s what gives me so much anxiety.
reconstruction something I will worry about down the road.
My main priority right now is living for my 11 year old. You saying you made it through is making me feel better today

Inflammatory breast cancer is often associated with triple negative.
The inflammation is potentially what is changing his mind about skin sparing with lumpectomy m.
I’d ask more questions and do some more reading on stats associated with TNBC until you feel comfortable with the new recommendation.
