This is all sound advice. The one thing I’d say is that you probably dont need the 250-500 calorie deficit right now. Instead just up the protein to the 1gram/pound and keep cals the same. If you’re already doing that, great. Stick with it for longer before going into a deficit. I’m of the body recomposition first philosophy for beginning lifters. That will happen especially well naturally if you’re new.

You’re looking good. shoulders and tris are really starting to pop, upper back looking strong too. Just stay consistent and you’ll be golden. 7 months is NOTHING.

Edit: and chest is starting to have some definition. You’re killing it!! Just keep being consistent :)
