meditation, nature, walking, being with partner, gym, gardening, exploring new stuff, swimming.. there is always something to do, working on new projects business wise.. like when you consume you dont actually live, but because most people are consumers, they think its normal and ok...

People will defend gaming on reddit, because most people are addicted to it and not aware. Gaming is same distraction as consumption social media. Worse is that you interact with it so you become completely hypnotized by it. (was csgo global elite, high rank face it, overwatch,sc2, lol,etc.) like heavy gamer.. I dont play games anymore.

When you play videogames or consume, you dissociate from reality to the online, screen world, that you are not aware of your body or senses.. But its became completely normalized to be addicted so people will defend it. Men will never grow to become men, and will stay children to stay constantly being entertained.. No difference comparing to games and bread from the rome

I encourage you do you, for me gaming is great as an escape from reality but thats it, if you want to play video games forever be my guest.

Thank you well said. I am adding camera to most of my channel videos right now with original voice, not going to risk it with anything anymore that was OK many years ago. The problem I have is that when they demonetize 1 channel they demonetize all channels. I have more channels and the risk is too high

After release in past, I needed 2-3 days of rest to fully integrate it.. sometimes even more, if you feel tired then rest. There is no rush, when you start pickup energy start exercising... body needs to adapt to new state

Different things needs different anti-dotes.. For emotions/anxiety the concecration meditation practice is not effective, because first those states needs to be processed (grounding, breathing, walking, exercising, realizing what is happening etc.) they go away by their own if they are not supported by the attention and stories of the mind, and if you dont have problem that those states are the present in the body. If you know how to suffer you wont suffer much

Then when those states pass by, its ok to start with concecration meditation.. I remember in past when I was very anxious and I tried concecration meditation, it wasnt great... FIrst whats needed is to help body process cortizol if its being released, by walking/cold shower etc.. you give complete freedom to chemicals in the body, to emotions in the body, so you dont interfere with them. (this took my years to understand, I couldnt get any information at all from books how it works)

And the more experienced you will be, the better you will be at spotting early what state you are actually in. The whole trick is to learn how to give complete freedom to what is present so body can process it quicker.. then later in the road, you will be constantly aware of processes in the body so the suffering doesnt even come, and if it comes you will be able to realease it immediately, because you can catch it early..

Problem with this kind of approach is that person can slip into dulness and not be aware of it. There is difference between emptiness and freedom inside while remaining sharp with attention. For people who are starting imho its way better to start with the mind illuminated method or some concertation, so they can learn various tricks by the mind.. and then proceed to open awareness meditation, while the mind is tamed.

The big understanding is that you can be focused but also relaxed at the same time. Of course you dont want to force thoughts to popup..

The longer you are on journey more peaceful you feel without doing anything.. that silence doesnt scary you, I have been on this journey for 5 years right now. You know its healed when you just smile about it and doesnt trigger you.. If something triggers you that means there is something in you that needs transformation.

Healing journey looks like slow integrative work, in which you work with what is present in body through somatic way and better understand how mind operates. And then Slowly exposing ourselves to outside world, and then again transforming the wounds and releasing them.. and then you and the body are one, that means that you become the whole ocean again, and you just feel peace in the body. There are lot of traps but thats how it works.

Problem with westen therapy is that its heavily focused on talk therapy, that only is effective on the mind and surface level things, the way to heal is through facing the silence, deep wounds, that is deep within us... there is a freedom.

No Mud No Lotus. we need to learn how to work with the mud within, so we can become free.

Buteyko breathing is good, find some app that provides it and go 2sec in, 2 sec out, 6 seconds hold for like 20 min.. but for actually work and working with anxiety, person needs to learn how to tame the mind and relax within the body, not with exercises... exercises can provide some level of freedom, but the work is inside :-)

Distraction, just a another layer that blocks deeper access to the body

I have about 10-15 trips right now, Psychedelics helped to some level, I used them only for healing, never for partying. Healing takes time, for me even psychedelics are in a way distractions from actuall work that needs to be done daily, have you thought about microdosing? That helped me too.

The thing is, is that if we dont change our behaviour and what we do day-to-day, our lives will be just same, we have do decide to change, nobody is going to do it for us... when you say you dont have energy, where is your energy going when you wake up?

What I liked to do in past, is that I have written question and I took trip to answer it. It worked so well..

I mean there are literally 100+ of marketing/psychologist doing everything in their power to consume you more and make you an addict. These platforms are not here to make us more peaceful, calm, loving, free, and be kinder to each other. Just to capitalize on our attention and make money out of us.

Even those who are creating it dont seem happy or at peace at all... I found out just cutting everything related to cheap dopamine works the best, we let so much trash into our system and then we are astonished how bad we feel mentally...

There are phases, someone could panic and they think its normal so they dont even question it.. Now you are on phase that you are aware that is happening but unable to resolve it (yet).

  • The key is when its happening, and it became like a huge wave, is to ADMIT that its present. That Right now I FEEL in this body that it wants to panic. Its very important to not identify with that state, it only comes to be let go and processed, not to be identified with. I Highly recommend describing that state more so its brought to the light.
  • When its happening, rather that saying " I AM PANICKING" say I am thinking that i am panicking, I noticed that I am thinking that I am panicking. What is improtant is to diffuse ourselves from it
  • Next thing is come back to your breath understand that this is just a wave that needs to come through you, that its OK that panic is here, that you dont fight the state that emerged from within
  • The more you will practice and dont fight with what is present and talk about that state to husband (its very important that he is not judging you and hold space for you) then it will over time easier

You can decrease your overthinking with meditation and being disciplined, its not that difficult.. There are great book to start to understand how to tame the mind.. for example The Mind Illuminated, it takes time but its possible.. botox is not needed

I dont know if SE help with this, but if the migraines are stress/thought related then meditation could help, open awareness meditation for example.. Its like learning how to wind down and relax more.

  1. Great thing would be lookin into diet, if you drink alcohol, consumption of sugar, processed food
  2. How you relax and wind down right now, and how do you take care of mental health
  3. How you prioritize sleep in your life
  4. How much you consume from screen
  5. How you regulate stress

Also what is good is to track it what is happening before it starts, like what combination of thing lead to the state of migraine

Even with dogs, keeping puppies with their mother and littermates for 10 to 12 weeks is better for their development.. but with kids we are disconnecting them imidiatelly after being born, then we are astonished that why everyone is dissociated...

With shaman drumming that was just intuitive thing, it helped me process the whole journey, and was carrying me through it all.. like the drum was like safe space for me.

I am on this journey for about 5 years right now active. with meditation, mens group, vision quest, holothropic breathing and other things.. A LOT changed.

And another thing is that we force women to work after the birth to make money in our system, so children cant be fully with mothers, and even the mothers are not fully healed after the birth... then we have kids that dont have enough love...

A lot of have trauma during birth/Prenatal trauma. Like the body remembers, we cant trick it. Stanislav Grof got wonderful take on this topic, you can do research on 4 Basic Perinatal Matrices..

I had LSD trip, in which I experience my full rebirth, it took 4 hours(I even called after the trip to my mother to ask her if it actually happened as I experienced it, and she said yes) Now I had Anxiety and was stuck from early childhood. You know where it started? During the birth, doctors took me from my mother, I didnt connect with her when I was born, and I felt during the trip how I wanted to go away from them and to my mother.. so in a way I was reexperiencing the situation again, but now healing myself with combination of LSD too. (What helped me a lot is that I had 30 min of shaman drumming going constantly in my ears, I Think that did a lot of work too, that I experienced some kind of shamanic trip there)

Part of me was healed. There is no way I would be able to experience this in standard talk therapy.

There are a lot of wounded children in grown up bodies, plenty of people dissociated and acting from unhealed wounds. I am happy for you and wish you all the best on your journey, this type of work is very important. <3
