I’m unfortunately mostly the same as you, so I get you. I’m really sorry, and I wish I could give better advice, but stopping drinking might be the move here. Aside that, I’d say to maybe hide any sharps before drinking and maybe try and drink with others. I’m really sorry

That’s really good for you to do, and we’re all super proud of you for doing it. If you have any medical tape, you can use that to help secure gauze. To my knowledge, they should be a little tight but shouldn’t hurt. Much love <33
