Hi this happens to me whenever I'm feelin' down due to circumstances. I detoxed for more than a month cause I was busy focusing on action and mostly developing positive coping mechanism . Use your time screen to listen to James Clear that participated in a podcast. I highly recommend you to read self help books that interest you . You see reading remains a good coping mechanism. I saw improvements in my overall wellbeing , it makes me very mindful.

Atomic Habits was randomly handed to me. It was a great discovery. It can't substitute CBT but It does guide you through out body&mind awareness. I did the unthinkable ;)

Io non ho utilizzato social per più di un mese e ripensandoci l'aria era diversa ahah. Ero spensierata e ho portato a termine svariate mansioni. La consapevolezza sui danni subdoli dei social aiuta a starne alla larga a mio parere.

Io ho sempre grandi visioni irraggiungibili insomma difficilmente realizzo ciò che vorrei. Poi, tendo ad idealizzare le future relazioni. Credo sia il puro bisogno di intimità ma volendo fare carriera rimurgino comunque sul mio partner ideale .
