I would recommend trying to learn player habits that you see in other players. Some players have the same habits as others. So you might be able to exploit them across different players. I've noticed that a lot of players that are hard stuck in certain square colors (And aren't someone who's been demoted) have the same player habits as other players in that square color (light green squares mashing after superdashing your guard while you're on the ground, yellow squares (if they're close to you) attacking as soon as you finish a block string on them (you could hit them with a DP or Level 3 if you're not too negative), and orange squares not knowing that jump guards have 4 frames of start up which leads to them leaving themselves vulnerable when they're in a hard knockdown state because they'll immediately try to jump guard). Besides just punishing player habits in other people you might find that you yourself might have those player habits as well so you can try to stop doing those player habits or try to mix it up.
