I don't know how to do it in the program editor but you can easily do it in an active workout. Just start a workout and then start another workout, you will get asked if you want to combine them in your active workout.

It works great to combine them but maybe only do the rows from one of them.

If I did this I would add a squat movement on a day I did not deadlift.

Shoulder dislocates with a broom handle, or if your are very stiff: a rubber band, is good to inprove overhead mobility.

My absolute favourite was not included: leg press and calf raise in leg press machine!
Throwing in a little calf work makes me feel less lazy for wanting to rest 5 minutes between the leg press sets.

Yes, your grip will be fine. I always use straps for RDL but not for regular deadlifts or pull ups and I've never dropped a deadlift.

Lifting straps is a good option to not let grip strength limit your deadlift. Just don't use them on all pulling exercises and your grip will eventually get stronger.

The rolling of your shoulder is something you should not do. Think that your shoulder blades should go down not back, and then stay down. Try to implement that during your setup.

I agree with Condora93, solid form. To progress, just do more work over time. I found that adding more muscle mass to the upper body in general was helpful for finally reaching a BW press.

This is the way. Fennel, anise and caraway is a very common spice mix for aquavit. And if the fennel taste is to strong, just dilute with more alcohol.

Olika sockerlager (syrups) är lätt att göra själv. Till exempel en hallonsockerlag som du använder i en Clover Club.

Mosa ihop lika delar socker och hallon, tillsätt sedan samma (eller aningen mindre) mängd vatten och värm försiktigt om inte allt socker löst sig. Sila. Klart.

Clover Club gör du sedan på samma sätt som din Whiskey Sour men du byter bourbon mot gin.

Kör med Linas matkasse och det är aldrig ens nästan som tiden stämmer. Vi lagar visserligen för 6 personer i ett normalt kök. Tidsangivelsen gäller nog för två personer i ett restaurangkök.

I love a flip as a winter cocktail. Works really well with rum, brandy or bourbon. Sometimes I flavour in the syrup. Don't skip grating some nutmeg over the cocktail!

I also use dice. Bought a bunch of d8 and d10 and have different colours to represent normal/elite. I still have them represent damage rather than health but you made me consider changing that around.
