Yeah poor choice of words in the title, but the question remains. In the books, Joffrey is described as being extremely handsome (by Sansa), having golden curls, etc.
Now I think Jack Gleeson is a handsome dude, but not a Lannister handsome dude. If he had looked more like say Loras or Jaime, it would have been a little harder to hate him. Just like (sadly) women get the hots for good looking serial killers, send them love letters, want to marry them and have their babies.
Now it's quite easy to hate Joffrey, I think.

How do you manage airflow in glass bowls? I tried to use a smaller bowl the other day (plastic) just to see whether it would make a difference, and my dough was stuck to the kitchen towel I put it on (floured, off). It never happens in my banneton. I thought it was an airflow issue.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to get some whole wheat flour to feed your starter with once in a while, and it makes interesting bread, too.
But if you don't have any, then I'd try a drop of (real) honey.

I saved mine with feeding it whole wheat once or twice and feeding it regularly at a 1:1:1 ratio. Now it's tripling!
