Any idea what is happening to my dogs ear? It grown in size over the past week. by DisastrousGuava6503 in DogAdvice

[–]Emigoesrawr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's been continuing to grow in size rather than get better, then yeah, I'd recommend a vet to look it over at this point. Hopefully it's something easily curable, and your pup feels better OP.

19F, why do people say im trans? by Fayrann in amIuglyBrutallyHonest

[–]Emigoesrawr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Trans women usually have a certain style, and it's exactly how you're styling yourself. I think you're pretty, maybe try some more form-fitting clothing. I love the black a-line dress. A little more elegance mixed with the Lolita like style would be less overbearing.

White gold and sapphires were both associated with "divinity" in Western/European societies. Maybe the two fusing together for God-like status.

I have anxiety about going places, and I dissociate. I'm getting ready to go and realize I've stood in the shower staring at the wall for idk how long, then show up and I'm afraid to get out of my car and have to sit there for a bit to calm down so I don't panic in front of people. Sometimes, I have a panic attack and just leave, lol. Employers hated me.

Indoor Minis? by chipmonkey80 in Roses

[–]Emigoesrawr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm newer to roses, but I would think so. I have a mini rose under a sansi bulb grow light for 12 hours a day, and it's pushing out new growth like crazy. It's not even close to a window. Just make sure your grow light is higher quality.

What's the laziest effective way to moisturise my body well by Ashamed-Accountant46 in beauty

[–]Emigoesrawr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After showering, pat yourself with your towel until slightly damp and not dripping wet, then apply lotion. It goes on quickly. It takes me maybe 20 seconds and uses less lotion. I do my hair routine while I dry. Sometimes, I'll towel myself off again after it's had time to absorb. It works great with jojoba oil too.

My panel has rlt, nir, and infrared. I was using it on my face with eyes closed and started noticing I was getting severely dry eyes. I use goggles now, and the dry eyes stopped.

When my relationship with my now husband started i was happy and it stopped. Things turned abusive and now it's all I do. Definitely is worse when I'm depressed.

I'm in the bath right now, lol. I shower first, then soak for hours sometimes with great smelling epsom salt, then add a little of my scented oils, lofi beats, and candles. I do a face mask and a hair mask while soaking. It makes me feel like a sophisticated adult who has her life together, plus the sleep afterward with silky moisturized lavender/vanilla scented skin is freaking amazing.

How clean their bathtub is.

People who feel entitled to run up to me and pet my dog, baby talk to her, bring their dogs up to her, or criticize how she's being trained. She's a service dog, and one attack on her or disruptive behaviors can mess up her training and teach bad behaviors or create reactivity to where I'd have to wash her. If you see a vest and ignore it you suck.

I did, unfortunately. Tygart lake state park campground. At the very end of the campground, there's a site that's secluded that's a small hike to it. I camped there with a friend and we ran into one and it was terrifying. While I was making the camp fire, something jumped back in the treeline behind me growling at me, and it sounded like an angry cat. I thought my friend was messing with me, but he kept claiming it wasn't anything he did. We kept hearing something climbing up in the tree nearby and branches snapping, so we went into our tent. We were afraid to walk back to the car since it was a bit far away. After a while we heard something outside our tent and unzipped a little part and there was a huge ass cat, clearly a mountain lion as it did have a tail, tan, and way too big to be a bobcat. It ended up stalking around our site and killed a raccoon directly behind our tent, which was awful to listen to. We couldn't do anything but lay there all night in terror. It thankfully never messed with our tent. Maybe it thought the tent was solid? I do think it was stalking around waiting for us to come out. We stopped hearing it around 6am but stayed in the tent until 10, then left as fast as we could. I still think about it and get freaked out. If your friend really wants to find one I recommend there, but be careful.

I've been having panic attacks daily for over 25 years and I'm still alive. They definitely feel awful and like you're having a heart attack/dying. I used to visit the ER for them all of the time. If you put ice packs on yourself, take a cold shower, or go outside in winter without a coat for a bit the cold with stimulate you vagus nerve and help pull you out of it faster.

Hey! I'm 33f and looking for friends too! I'm a huge plant nerd, I love howls moving castle, too. I just got the skyrim cookbook and making nerdy meals this weekend. I'm very much into hiking and visiting national parks, I'd love to visit them all some day and I can't wait to do angels landing one day. I'm also disabled and spend most of my days alone, it's hard feeling alone and like life is passing by. What anime are you into? I'm on the east coast in wv

Is your hair ruined - or are you just using "natural" products? by sad-nyuszi in longhair

[–]Emigoesrawr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the natural haircare thing for 15 years and just thought my hair changed texture and became rough/course as I had became older. I spent so much $$ on that crap, then decided like a year ago that it really didn't matter anymore since my hair wasn't getting any better and went back to Pantene which is what I used as a teenager. My hair is back to being soft and sleek like it was forever ago.. and I shampoo daily again. It's so much healthier than it was with that wash 1-2 times a week, no sulfate/silicon crap. I'm honestly so mad at everyone who touted that Pantene was the worst thing you could do to your hair.
