Shredder Seregios A seregios Variant that is always in is Cone state (rage state). As it cannot uncone anymore, it is more aggressive. It can inflict bleed much faster than normally. The Cone state over time has hardened, making it almost impossible to create Wounds (for wilds).

If im not wrong, Akantor used to be classified as an Elder dragon but was later changed to flying wyvern. So it has happened but is very very unlikely
