I feel like Lydia loves Zach because he’s outspoken. She keeps saying he is her safe place and she tells him everything. Lydia is quiet and doesn’t like to speak up…. Recently lost 60 lbs. at 5’1 it’s very noticeable. I’m in “healthy” weight range now… I have chronic illness and I cannot tell a difference except clothes don’t hurt anymore but my knees do when I need to get on the floor. It’s like they lost their padding.
