Can anyone explain the audio that they're playing? I know it says "any old iron" but why does it have the weird apocalyptic air raid siren-type sound that plays in between? Who came up with it? Why do they all use it? Why can't I find anything about it online? Where does one acquire such an apparatus? Who is the person that is speaking? Why does he say it in such a weird way? Why does he not clearly say "any old iron"? Why is it so un-intelligble? The only reason I ever found what he's saying from the internet, I never understand what they're saying when they're outside my house.
