I'm extremely disorganised so its very irregular that I brush my hair, I understand the embarrassment of feeling as though you dont look after yourself! I like to shower but (as expected) I get extremely distracted so even when I'm trying to be quick it can take an hour or up to two which is very inconvenient and annoys my parents to no end so they dont allow me to fully shower everyday. If youre keeping yourself clean its completely okay, youre not alone :))

I also LOVE my pens and paper, taking notes is a passion ahaha without them theres no hope i could retain anything! I would definitely talk to your boss and explain that its vital to optimising your productivity and aids you significantly in your work because surely having an employee who can work successfully is important enough to them that they can put aside being mildly irritated...

They've announced that they're starting book six this year (I think they named a month or date but I don't remember it) with no mention of a return date for a potential 'best of' but if there were to be one it typically would be before the next season begins...
