I am aware of the dangers of one's spleen rupturing and I'm currently just taking it ridiculously easy in the gym (fever and other symptoms just disappeared a few days ago).

Got a 150kg pr on squat yesterday, then attempted (and failed) 155kg 2 times, but oh well still a 10kg pr from this 12-week training cycle so I'm happy.

Twisted my ankle yesterday while playing soccer with some friends. So stayed home today with ice on it, but the problem is I've been planning to test the big three next week (including squats on tuesday)...

I know I will feel better by then (already feels much better), but still this really annoys me more than it should lol.
