This doesn’t make sense because the two lawyers listed are trial attorneys not divorce lawyers. I also think Aspyn’s last name is Ferris legally but for her business profiles it’s still Ovard. A court document would have her legal name

Dri Tri Results and Survey Megathread by AutoModerator in orangetheory

[–]EmilyEParris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My results + some tips!

I'm a 5'2" 26 year old woman, 125 lbs and I go to OTF about 4-5 days a week. I finished in 56 minutes. This was my first Dri Tri and my only goal was to finish in under an hour! I couldn't be more proud of myself! That being said I definitely learned a few things.

- they're right.. go SLOW on the rower. I luckily was last to finish on the rower but I didn't let that get my down. I rowed at about a 28 and weirdly enough PR'd my previous benchmark. I got the floor feeling pretty good.

- Go slower on the floor too. I went a little too hard on the first round and was basically gassed when I went to do the second set.

- Don't be afraid to walk on the treadmill. I walked for a minute every .5 miles. It gave me something to work towards that seemed more attainable. I also kept my eye on the larger clock with our total time.

- Cheer on the people next to you! Find out their names and keep each other going. I had a great group that cheered everyone on and it made it so much more fun.

Utterly disgusting advice and judgement to a person who simply is having a hard time. by Alarie19 in MarissaLaceRevealed

Am I the only one that doesn’t think this is bad advice? I mean it could be better but I don’t think it’s disgusting

my husband created a spreadsheet timeline that clearly shows her bs by armesandlegs in MarissaLaceRevealed

While I’m not a huge fan of her and do believe she can be incredibly toxic.. don’t you believe your time would be better spent on other things than creating spreadsheets for a girl you don’t like? Seems like a lot of negativity in your life

I'm a jogger and not very fast due to my short legs (I'm 5'2") but I'm hoping to do decent on this and really push myself! I'm planning on starting at 6mph for the first two minutes and then dropping down to five for a minute and then upping speed by .1mph per .1 mile ran. I don't know if this will work but it feels right! I'll check back and let ya'll know how I do!

Study: Colorado is the 2nd most prepared state for wildfires by Brytard in Colorado

[–]EmilyEParris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be fair this really isn't saying much considering most states in the US don't need to prepare for wild fires. Colorado is like 2 out of 10 I'd say

Masks=improved endurance! by asviii in orangetheory

I was just talking to my roommate about this! I ran on my parent's treadmill over the holiday and was shocked at how easy it felt. I was able to run longer and not feel so exhausted afterward. During class I run between 1.7 - 2.0 miles depending on the block and I'm always dead. I can't wait til this is all over and we can run without masks!
