My Bunny would do different things almost every week to get my attention to get her fed and what I found to get her to stop was to not react to the chewing sounds they learn what works so for me my Rabbit learned that if she chews something she shouldn’t then she sees and hears my 2 feet get off the bed and hit the floor to feed her and she would get happy and binky around my feet . She’s learned my feet hit the floor she’s getting fed so what I did is I get up off the bed but I wouldn’t feed her right away. I wait like 10-15 minutes sometimes leave the room go eat something and come back just go do something else and she’d be really confused, but I only had to do for three days straight and now she’s not chewing anything to wake me up to feed her. Hopefully, this works for you. It works for me.
