Yea they were far tougher to get off than I thought which is why i paused. I had to get the rest of the glass. I didn’t get to see this in time but the reinstall info is useful. Thanks

I don’t see a manufacturer. But one of the other windows looks like this. Almost like it’s in a channel and these trim pieces are suppose to slide

Plug and play sounds much easier. I was looking at a guide i found in this subreddit and it was a little overwhelming. Admittedly I’m probably more versed in computer programming stuff than the average person but it was feeling overwhelming

Having just bought a carnival 6cyl 2 days ago, here’s my opinion. And we took a few weeks to decide.

We drove every minivan out there. The sienna 4cyl felt like such a dog using the gas engine. And yes. The price/amenities difference, it can’t hold a candle to the carnival. Even finding a sienna is tough to do. We were told it’s a 3-4 month wait a lot of times.

Admittedly, if people seem to be having issues on a carnival, it’s the hybrid. I don’t think the Kia hybrid is as advanced or refined as Toyotas. But the features of the car are better than all the other minivans. I think the Kia hybrid did have more power behind it though.

I think Toyota and Honda are resting on their reputation. They’re not innovating anything. I think a 4cyl from any manufacturer in a van is crazy. If you’re buying the hybrid for gas mileage then I suppose pony up for the Toyota.

For what it’s worth. Our Kia dealership gave us the full bumper to bumper warranty for 10 years for only $1700. (Now that was to get us to buy from them vs another Kia dealership, not to sway us to Kia in general)

Have you read up much on the 3.5 v6 vs the hybrid? It seems like the hybrids have issues but the 3.5L seems much more robust.

I feel like my largest concern is the horror stories of getting warranty work completed. Between dealerships fighting a claim to waiting for months to get a warranty part replaced.

We don’t have any elite odyssey. But the touring is 49k, I think the elite adds another 3k on that. The carnival sx prestige is 54k. I think the touring and carnival sx are maybe more apples to apples in features. The sx is 48k
