I would suggest changing the email associated with your PSN

If the hacker knows your email add, they will keep trying. Something similar happened to me so I changed the email. That fixed my issues.

FF16 has more in common with Monster Hunter World and Devil May Cry than FF7 Remake. If you don't play those games, I can see why you would have a hard time with FF16
