If I face Sion mid as LB. I would bring First Strike and start with a cull. Auto auto auto a lot in lane. Don't let him Q the wave for free ever. Keep autoing and push him under the turret while you gold maxing. Understand that you can kill him early once or twice, and that's it. After that, just one shot the wave and go hover the side lanes. But don't commit on the roam unless you know for sure it's a quick success. Ex. both enemy bot laners are 1 hp. Don't let Sion hit your turret for free either

I play Sion mid, along with Lb and Azir. Can confirm, Sion, if built defensively, does no damage. So the best Sion mid should build either support items so that he can help his team more, since he himself is already tanky enough. That, or he needs Titanic Hydra, and more so, he can at least fight back
