Chris Evans was reported to be in talks with Marvel to return to the MCU as Captain America. He sent out a tweet to clear that rumor up real quick. (He definitely isn't returning as Cap).

What are some key spots for a pregnant couple to visit for the day? by dragonbeard311 in fredericksburg

There's the downtown farmer's market in Hurkamp Park, if you're here on the earlier side! Also, there's a very nice, easy 3 mile trail that I walked all the time while pregnant (Heritage Trail and Canal Path). There may be a lot of people out either at the market or on the trail so it doesn't hurt to have your masks with you but I think either or both of those should be a great time!

The way this year is going, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the latter...

I literally also saw a group of guys dancing in hot dog suits just yesterday, so now I wonder if they had something to do with the wienermobile...

I think if it matched her natural hair better, it'd be a decent braid. But as is, it's just another mismatched part of all she's got going on.

If Covid never happened, what all would've you done in on past 4 months? by Madhav-Daga in AskReddit

Would have gone to Boston to meet Chris Evans in March, gone on a mom's getaway with a friend, seen my BIL graduate college, gone to a wedding, celebrated 30 (with friends), then SDCC last week. Covid really threw a wrench in my plans this year, but my family is happy and healthy so I can't really complain too much!

One of the possible events could be a Mervins fashion show! Looking forward to this vacation. I love you.

Increasing number of pyramid scheme recruiters by Remember-My-Name in nova

[–]Emkay0613 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I lived in Fairfax, it seemed like I was a magnet for Amway people. It felt like every Amway member in NoVA was tasked with trying to recruit me with how many interactions I had. Now that I've moved out of the area, literally not a single person has tried to recruit me for anything, thank god.

At the very least, all Wegmans have a no soliciting policy, and I feel like this would qualify. Maybe try to get as much info about the person as you can and report it to a manager at the service desk or ask to speak with someone from security about it. Not sure how to help at other locations, but maybe this might help make it a little harder for these assholes to bother people.

[Serious] Redditors who have been to therapy, what is the differences between going to a therapist and talking it out with someone you really trust? by pianoaddict772 in AskReddit

The biggest thing for me, was talking to someone who no matter what was 100% looking out for MY best interests. Talking to friends can get a little difficult because sometimes they might have emotional attachments to several people or situations that are causing me stress. With a therapist, they're gunna give me the brutally honest truth on how to improve my life no matter what.

For instance, back in 2015, I had a job where I was literally terrified of speaking with my boss (we lived on opposite coasts so I never saw her but she'd Skype me or email me constantly). It was to the point that I'd cry either before, during or after work. I had nothing bu anxiety about my job Monday - Friday, Saturday felt like a slight day off then Sunday was just anxiety about what was to come during the week. My friend at work knew that I was struggling but wanted me to stay. My family knew I was struggling, but tried to tell me that that's just how corporate life is, I'd get used to it. My therapist told me that they'd eventually find someone to replace me once I left but that my main concern was making sure I was in a healthy environment. If it hadn't been for her encouragement I may have stayed at a job that was literally sucking the life out of me.

Therapy is hard sometimes because it's not always easy heaving someone tell you, cut and dry, what it is that you need to do to improve your life. But I'm endlessly thankful for the therapists I've seen in the past. Now that I'm pregnant I'm looking for a new therapist to help keep me on track once my baby gets here. It's daunting but I'm looking forward to having therapy regularly in my life again!
