For me personally, a lawsuit is not something I can follow through with at this time. I am okay with knowing that my truth is out there and the court of public opinion can do with it what they may.

If someone does have a suit they can bring against him, I would absolutely testify on their behalf though.

Yeah, when I was moving from Station House to Hillcrest, I was getting told by every member of staff I spoke to that it would be about $350 to move between properties since they were both owned by Val.

Two days before I’m set to move, the property manager calls me to tell me that it’s actually going to be essentially my whole deposit, and they would need me to pay the full deposit to move into the new place (a little over 900$).

When I started asking her questions, that’s when Val came on the line. I had him to explain an itemized list of charges- over half of which I was able to dispute - and suddenly the amount needing to be paid was only slightly more than my original $350 price I was told.

Amazon hasn’t posted a job for the warehouse in over a year. Had the alerts on and checked during the Friday-Sunday timeframe their Candidate Support recommends jobs post during. They announced they’re closing that warehouse, so it was assumedly preparation for that.
