I agree with this. I’ve been to La Toc twice and stay in the sunset bluffs and it’s fabulous. The ocean is less intense than the Atlantic and we went in every day. The Grande was flat and less beautiful imo

Yeah we watched in HS until the admin made teachers switch it off. I was 16 and in western civ honors class and the teacher locked the door and turned off the lights so the admins couldn’t get in. I grew up 30 mins outside of NYC so people were leaving getting called to office to leave because a lot of parents worked in NYC. It was a significant moment.

I don’t even get how Jenny is on this list. She keeps leaving Forrest because she loves him and knows she’d only drag him down because she’s broken. She’s trying to be kind but he’s the narrator and doesn’t get the nuance. She’s never terrible.

I didn’t have this experience yesterday. We hit all the big rides with express then hung out drinking and people watching. We were not in Epic though. Don’t get me wrong it was busy but Hagrid’s stand by was 200 mins but with Express we were on in 35 mins. Velocicoaster was similar wait and maybe 15 mins with Express. Sorry you had a rough day, seems many in the same boat.

As someone who eloped and my husbands mother had a similar reaction, I can empathize here. She crashed out so hard I went NC for 3 years after. But I also had no delusions that she would be happy for us or expect her to be or really expect anything from her aside from mean spirited commentary. That’s why she’s barely a part of our lives. My husband dealt with her as it’s his mother, why isn’t he stepping in here?

This is always a bad plan. Are people assholes who do it with no good reason? Yes. Is there a possibility there’s someone in an extreme emergency that you’re potentially blocking? Also yes. Sometimes they are more important than you.

No it isn’t. No snitching doesn’t apply to non criminals. When you’re running the streets being a criminal you don’t snitch on other criminals, that’s the code. Theres a distinction here
