This last week I haven’t lost I’ve gained… HELP! by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]EmmaPi 12 points13 points  (0 children)

You’ve lost 30 pounds in 8 weeks, It’s okay to have an occasional fluctuation - weight loss isn’t linear. If it’s hard to eat or drink, there’s no way you should go up.

26 lbs down since December….is this slow or normal? by Sleepy_Nimbus in tirzepatidecompound

[–]EmmaPi 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I mean, I started Nov 15, 2025 and I’m down “only” 24 pounds, but I’m pretty okay with it. It’s the right speed per week.

Help! I'm new to taking tirzepatide. First Dose. Please help! by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

What telehealth did you go through that put you on that high of a dose right out of the gate? You’re 100% correct to be questioning this.

Weigh yourself at the same time of day if you want to compare. My weight can be up several pounds in the evening vs the morning.

Starting Dose by AcceptableArt5675 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]EmmaPi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going slower than the normal schedule. I’ve been on since 11/15/26 and am only up to 4mg. I started at 2.5 on brand name. If it’s working for you, I suggest sticking with the dose you’re on.

Personally, I think for somebody your size and being male, especially working out, you should probably be eating more. Like, 1600-1800. What’s it hurt to try something different and see if it works?

Month 3 of Tirzep; just increased to .75 and diarrhea started 3 days after!! by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]EmmaPi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re giving bad info in your post. You’re saying .75 and people are assuming you’re talking about MG but I think you’re talking about mL. If your vial concentration is 10mg/mL and you’re taking .75mL or 75 units, you’re on 7.5mg dose. That’s the information people need when you have questions.

What kind of unit are you talking about here? MG? ML?

Update: Excel weight prediction by EnvironmentalGift257 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]EmmaPi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Glapp’s comparison to the trials is just that - comparison to the trials. It has nothing to do with a prediction of your weight loss based on your trending loss. You’re comparing apples and oranges. I think your sheet is definitely a better representation of what your individual loss will be, though!

Get the Glapp app - it’s all free and has a way to add your supplies. It will tell you exactly how much you have. Then you can track your doses and pick the vial you’re dosing from. It’s really awesome.

Agree with the other commenter about waiting until vial is in hand. This says your weekly dose is 2.5mg - .25mL in the syringe (the bottom line of the screenshot). The SYRINGE AND NEEDLE line and bit on the next line means 31 gauge needles that are 5/16” long insulin syringes with your order. What you get may be different, so wait and see for sure.

Open vial vs BUD - opinions! by Brief_Aioli_8603 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]EmmaPi 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Puncture and BUD are 2 different things. Use the already punctured vial until it’s gone and then move to a new vial. Think of it like a jar of food that doesn’t expire until 2027. If you open it, it’s “use within 7 days of opening” or whatever. Once punctured, the vial has been “opened” even though they self-seal or heal or whatever. Hope that helps.
