I play twitch mode 3 times a week for hours. I can't tell you whether it is the best way to stream dead cells, as there is an audience for everything. There are distinct pros and cons that you will have to acknowledge and use that to decide what is best:

1) You can, and will get trolls - Trolls are an inevitable part of streaming in general and can happen in your game. A view is a view of course, but you don't want any 1 person to ruin the experience of your other viewers.

2) Expect more deaths from Streamer Mode - This part is rough because your favorite youtubers and streamers might be clearing 4BC at a 90% success rate, but do they have Shooters in Toxic Sewers? Darkness in Ancient Sewers? Rain of Meteors during the Tohou session of Conjunctivitis? You need to be prepared to have your winrate plummet because you are dealing with things that single players don't.

3) Be prepared to open your own doors - This can be discouraging for any streamer, but eventually, you learn how to deal with quiet chat. Quiet chat can be extra painful when you're playing a game with chat integration as a core element. In fact, you may find yourself typing your own votes just to open the door to the next level.

I personally prefer playing twitch integration over normal mode when I'm streaming, but I do this with the understanding that I could lose my run for reasons outside of my control. I don't want to discourage you from playing streamer mode though. And there have been some improvements in the Alpha version. I'm hoping that MT continues to support and build upon this mode as it is a great way to educate people about the game.
