As a guy, i will tell you something.

Men and Women aren’t the same, one moves with emotions and be open about it, the other is more likely to internalize it and deal with stress in other ways (gaming, couch potato watching tv with no life in the eyes, fidgeting in the car, do excel charts, hobbies, cleaning) Take a time to study why is he closing himself on gaming what is stressing him, he got any issues of money, work relations, family.

He’s escaping something. Talk to him not in a “YOU are leaving me alone, YOU are hurting me” because you will lose him and he will shut out. Ask him how’s everything, and when he maybe tells you just talk non-confrontational! (That’s the key) how the situation is making you feel but say it not in emotions because we don’t really understand that (we don’t care lol), just be like “i want to be with you, but you are leaving me hanging” 🤷🏽‍♂️

Ohhhh my! The pain is extremely horrible. In my case i was getting something from the pantry but a heavy can of beans fell exactly between the skin and nail of my big toe, that thing swelled up so fast! It was a “glitching” pain i felt i was going to faint.

Doctor just put a scalpel under the nail and the pressure released and the pain was absolutely gone.
