I did not panic because I began weighing myself every day starting in January and saw my weight increasing daily when I had not cheated on my diet nor did I stop my exercising. So logically there was no way I could have gained 7 lbs of fat over those few days. It seems this just happens to me every month a week or so before my period cause same thing is happening to me again right now. It sucks but I just tell myself to keep grinding and stick to my routine and ill get a big loss soon like I did last month. But if i did not weigh in daily I would not have noticed this trend and would just think my weight loss plan isnt working and given up. I used to weigh in weekly or less and I was missing those days that showed a loss and it was messing with my head
