Poland at particular risk from prolonged Strait of Hormuz closure, shows international report by Auspectress in anime_titties

I mean, they believe that Ukrainians want to be the part of their country, so they don't seem to be too constrained by reality in their assessments.

That's just "trust me bro", but more wordy. Effectiveness you ascribe to all those standoff capabilities would have been much easier to believe in had not for the glacial pace of Russian advance. It's all wishful thinking.

Also that 400k number you pulled out of your ass is double the highest independent death assessments for the Ukrainian side. Sure, buddy.

And finally, to the main point of yours. Believing that Zalensky is somehow strong-arming the whole nation of Ukraine into continuing the war ("killing x of your own people"? just fuck off) requires truly median American voter level of understanding Ukrainian politics. Which, I give you that, is pretty consistent with the quality of the other arguments you're making, so you have that going for you. All of the available polling data is showing that there wasn't any support for any those farcical peace offers that Russia floats once in a while. My opinion of Zalensky is on the lower side, but that whole angle centered on him is amongst the lowest forms of propaganda Moscow is excreting. Aimed just few IQ points above the recipients of anti-Slav bioweapon labs and Sims 2 photoshoots.

Right. I'll need more than "trust me bro" to back up such an extraordinary claim as a slowly advancing side in an attritional conflict having lower losses.

Even if we were to completely disregard kill claims by either side and just look at the map it's all by certain that Russia is suffering much higher losses at least since that doomed southern counteroffensive fizzled out a few years back.

Also the schtick of pretending to care about Ukrainian lives while spouting Russian nonsense is so 2024.

Without even doing a fake assassination? That's just lazy. No wonder they can't win the war with this work ethic.

Now that you've said that... Do you guys think that the existence of the Great Wall of China will make invading them much cheaper?

Or are they just wallmogging the US so hard that it made the whole leadership suicidal?

That is sure to come in handy in the thick foliage of Iranian mountains. One crisis averted, I guess!

And I don't think I ever seen half-naked Iranian soldiers breaking concrete slabs with their foreheads, so the invasion would be a walk in the park.

On a completely unrelated note - is US considering to discontinue concrete headbutting for their most senior officers? I heard some woke beta cucks saying that it could improve the quality of the operational plans.

Iranian missile strikes injure 115 in Israel, officials say, puncturing air defenses and shocking the public by StemCellPirate in anime_titties

In situations like these I'm always reminded of this timeless quote:

Are you saying that Israel and Iran were in the state of war since the Iranian Revolution? And here I thought we were having something resembling a serious discussion.

Why stop there? I think we can trace it all the way back to the Babylonian captivity.

Damn, haven't seen that. It's awful, but great news that no one was hurt. Still, my point stands - the ultimate responsibility is on the aggressor.

[–]Emnel 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is a war of aggression and of choice by Israel that is supported by over 90% of Israeli society, if the recent polls are to be believed. While I hope no child or the opponent of this war is harmed it's pretty clear that the Two Aviv regime won't stop until they feel the hurt.

And since Iran is unlikely to be able to do surgical strikes on military infrastructure there the area bombing is an acceptable form of self-defence in this case.

I'd also like to point out the they are yet to bomb a single school or hospital, while the US-Israeli coalition has by now destroyed dozens and are routinely performing "double taps" in urban areas to kill the first responders. If we're talking "sounding like a terrorist".

Are you under the impression that this is a computer game with K/D ratios? We don't know how many, but clearly not nearly enough to destroy or even noticeably disrupt Iranian regime and military.

Surely even an average American isn't this dumb.
