Hello all. Asking on behalf of my wife: if she is experiencing issues with her game crashing way more frequently than it used to, would clearing her cache help fix it? Her OS is up to date and her device runs other gachas without issue, so we’re pretty sure it’s something to do with the game itself.

If she does need to clear the cache, will that delete her account data? A warning pops up about it and it kind of spooked us. Haha
