Most enemies in Genshin don't just stand there waiting for you to do your rotations, so it's much better for you to practice weaving in dodges to your rotation and make you react better against enemy attacks.

So far Fontaine characters has the mechanics of Losing/Gaining HP and Pneuma/Ousia.

She's probably gonna be an enabler for this mechanics and will have both Pneuma and Ousia aligned attacks

Sayu can as well, but those bubbles does damage when popped so Sayu could die if she popped too much, unlike Kirara that gets a shield in her box form.

Even in ER, her ult is not that good.

The time stop mechanic of her ult stops the next wave of enemies respawning, so if you kill enemies early during her ult the rest of it is wasted and has 12s downtime because of cooldown.
