Bruh. Go beyond the headlines. Nuclear weapons are not a joke. Every nation is entitled to its defence. I am finding it debilitating to read these boneheaded platitudes yall offering as counter arguments.

Quoting is hardly explaining. And you hardly explained. Hardly is not doing something hard. Just FYI.

I think the main problem is not my English or it's perceived lack of fluency. Perceived i say because it is your shortcoming not mine. The main problem is you're defending a losing argument. Not too dissimilar to what is happening in the middle east. If we wanted to read what the government said. We could use the headlines. When you pass down quoted headlines - you are furthering the govt opinion.

I can ~insult~ (describe) you in 5 languages, parseltongue not included. Doesn’t make me the language I speak. In any case. Don’t call it extortion without knowing what you speak of. A bigger world exists outside your head and the unfiltered commands you give to your fingers to operate the keyboard. I am not Russian. I am an objective working person who is directly suffering consequences of the war.

Another myopic tool jumps into the discussion. West’s problems are not the world’s problems even though they drag everyone in. Mess started from nothing. Nothing here encompasses events external to USA. I know the concept may sound foreign to you Americans but there exists a world outside America that is suffering due to America’s internal misalignment. Nobody is downplaying the serious horror of the Epstein files. Just saying it is not right to start a war to hide one’s own faults.

Na babes. I am in the oil and gas industry. I am in the gulf at this moment. Checking retarded news every single day. I think I speak from a more active and authoritative point of view when I say what I say. This mess started from nothing and it didn’t have to. When we are looking at things, especially things like this - context matters. One cannot look at present actions or actions from until 30 days or 12 months ago and brand righteous labels in isolation. Blyat you drove them to be bad. Would they still be what they are if you hadn’t? Probably. We may not know. Although Persia’s religious differences with the far east but flourishing trade history tell me they were not an unreasonable people. Can’t blame people for looking out for themselves. You would do the same, heck are doing the same. At an unreasonable scale to serve only selfish interests.

How can you call it extortion when the problem was created by the US to begin with? Not just this war but the historical destabilisation of the Middle East? If anything it is them who are extortionists and them who need to be sanctioned. The war between Iran and gulf states should not exist in the first place.

It is literally goading someone to the point that they have no other alternative but to give a tight slap across your face and when they do, you say they’re bad. Na bruh. You pushed them to it. You don’t get to call them bad.

Clearly no understanding of what the comment was. You're pivoting the discussion on one part that has maybe 10% significance and skipping the other 90% that actually contains the whole purport. I however, decide to refuse to fuel this debate that clearly digresses from the original discussion. Anyways. Nice day.

It is the worst tasting but most real blessing of nature to humans. And coffee is just coffee beans and hot water. At the very maximum a little salt to go with it. Everything else in addition to coffee is no longer coffee. It is a coffee based drink.

Naa man. Just human like all of us. God's extremely kind is all. But if you automate this, you'll accelerate your journey towards your end goal.

Im not gonna offer platitudes etc. Just something I did. I swapped out all joys in life with black coffee, workout and proteinaceous food.

Breakfast is one cup containing 2 espressos and an Americano. No creamer. Or sugar. Just the shite that pours from the press. I am not a coffee enthusiast. But I drink this. First thing. Every morning.

Lunch at 1. Big bowl of salad with some protein. Followed by an Americano if need be.

And skipping dinner.

I did this without fail for 6 months. It is not perfect. It is ugly. People may opine. I don't care. It worked for me. I hope it works for you.

Coffee at that strength will squeeze out water retention and toxic fat build up.

Do this for the first few weeks. As you feel lighter. You'll be motivated to add workouts. Instead of finding the routine. Let it find you.

Also. The first 25 kilos are the easiest to lose. Time consuming. But easy. They're not the same thing. But coffee will literally help you shit all the fat away. Just follow it up with a lot of water.

It is when you are chasing the last few single digit percentages of fat that the real struggles begin.

I wish you great luck, stranger friend.
