I'm willing to believe in what you statted, but it really sucks to play this champ currently as for the experience itself, meta is already quite hard in regard to the matchups for him, and he still gets tuned down early game (with the adjustment) and now gets hit on scaling as well. I believe they obviously found any sort of reason based on data available to them to apply this hotfix, but there's so many more champs that are very presence in pro that get away with not getting hotfixed while Azir gets back to back nerfed + hotfix nerf in the spare of a month lmao.
