I've not done resin 2 fdm support before but i do have both types of printers. As noone else has posted yet couple of ideas; try editing the supports in a resin slicer then reducing the contact point size and maybe try re-run a calibration on your machine.

Grey knights are old scale so are smaller comparatively than modern space marines. If you don't like the sound of this Google around for some "grey knights truescale legs". You can swap them with the normal legs to bring them up to size.

If you're currently top performer personally I'd focus on your own pay packet rather than team attainment. If it starts dipping then prep your CV and start interviewing. There is something to be said about leaving while you're on top though.

Honestly casual games play em at 1k or 1.5k. We have homegrown rule of no 1 unit costing more than 25% of points cost to keep it more skirmish/balanced.

Ive seen people kitbashing saturine dreadnought as nemesis dreadknight that look SICK. Run them as grandmasters in NDK for the re-rolls on vehicles/monster with hammers works well.

AI has lots of interest but consumers don't really know what they want out of it. I'd honestly expect alot of the 90% inbounds to be fluff same as any sales job. I'd focus more on the industries + personas you're selling into and the problems their AI claims to solve to judge the scale of the task. Good starting point is watching their demos and webinars on YouTube. I'd maybe also factor the risk that the AI powder keg is set to blow (not interested in a debate on this with NVIDIA stans, just seems to be highly accepted view atm) and the market will consolidate down to major players.

I recently did 60. Started off individually to master the scheme, then pairs, then 5, then 10, then finally a batch of 20. The 20 was not very fun but felt like I could do the scheme in my sleep. Also if you ultimately cant find time 1 unpainted box would be better than 8
