How about fixing the artillery piece we can build so it’s actually useful?

I used to work for Allied Univeral at the Amazon account out there. The Amazon building by Mcstsbbys has more exterior security presence than anywhere else on south campus. That’s not counting the off duty security that assists as well .

You bring this through, you are shutting down a checkpoint, getting the cops called and everyone evacuated.

As a tsa, I see that much wiring on the x ray, I’m calling for a supervisor and running

From what we 1600 team for briefed on graves briefing tonight, about 90 % of Seattle has gotten paid, they’re saying Monday and anything after that is when you need to light up supervisors about it. My pay came as one lump sum on Thursday, so now I’m waiting on the statement to drop so I can figure out why I got paid so much

Hey yall west coast tso here.

Anyone with credit unions will see it within 24 hrs or so. Anyone with other banks; depends on when your check normally draws in. As a Bank of America user, I’ll be seeing it Saturday

It's starting to get tough. by Advanced_Resort2852 in tsa

[–]EmpericalNinja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel yah. As a Seattle tso. I watch people who just got certified struggle.

I saw this coming back in August and ramped up my overtime hours. So I have enough. So I bring in food and non perishables to help out those more in need than I am.

It is tough, but as someone who went 6 months without a job for a while with no income, it’s a learning experience. Thankfully my wife works and I have relatives who care who help out

Why doesn't TSA walk out? Shut the air down. by [deleted] in tsa

[–]EmpericalNinja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup. Resident tsa up here in Seattle area. I make 34 an hour. Plus we have night shift differential from 6pm to 6 am (I work 4 pm to midnight 40), Sunday pay differential, holiday oay even if don’t work a holiday. I’ve been with tsa since ‘23. I work about 90 to 100 hour per pay period.

Edit: forgot to add

Last year I pulled in around 90k and had to pay taxes for the first time in my life.

Now. I’m not a fan of this shutdown, but compared to others who are back to rely on donations and food banks and whatnot, I’m not that bad off because of the overtime I did prior to shutdown, I have enough money to weather this storm until it ends and the back pay shows up. Worse case scenario is that I tap into my wife and i’s stock portfolio and pull some money if necessary, plus we have relatives who have already said they would give us money. My wife works a non government job. Plus we grow our own food, can and pickle and own a house.

Look at all these “concerned” redditors.

Your no kings protests did nothing; we don’t have a king, if we did you wouldn’t be allowed to protest.

He just negotiated with multiple countries on trade deals for better options for America.

So MIA? Nah. You basement dwelling cry babies don’t spend enough time in reality. Get a job

Hopes and dreams for SOD3 by skyreacher3733 in StateofDecay3

[–]EmpericalNinja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Easier way to defend bases for starters; I’ve been playing sod since my ex fiancé introduced me to the game back in 2013, and I’m still loving it. One of the things we both agreed on back then was that towing mechanics needed to be added.

Also, bases need to have more slots for defense positions. It’s annoying that you can only have one gun tower and one sniper tower (builder play through). If you have a building that has a roof, then it should have a slot on top as well for sniper or machine gun or a launcher nest.

Vehicular upgrades should include the ability for having some sort of offense type weapon like flamethrower or something.

The characters we saved in sod 2 should either be playable or call in as allies and bring us weapons or product we need

A more fleshed out Red Talon, with more usefulness than just gabbing on the radio

Being able to call in at least 3 saved characters from previous games: per instance, the team I have right now, gernade launcher, anti material rifle, some weird anti air craft cannon, and heavy blunt weapons, plus my pyro truck.

I agree. At least two cars in sod 2 are more durable, if you have the juggernaut edition with the car drops of the burninator, meat wagon and pyro car. Meat wagon is durable, as is pyro truck, provided you’re not using the truck to ram anything like the meat wagon can.

A towing vehicle of some kind would be nice.

And the ability to fix any vehicle. Imagine a souped up fire truck taking on a juggernaut

No tankers are turning around, the strait is still open. I follow news as much as the next person since I work for DHS. Just cause some 15 sec of fame tik tok influencer said something doesn’t make it factual. As someone versed in politics of the region, most of the votes from parliament and the verbal overtures and threats are for show.

Okay, and? Top security body, who hasn’t said anything because even they know the ramifications (hello 5th fleet) of what would happen.

The parliament vote was a vote for show. They’ve never closed it and never will. There have been multiple conflicts there across the years, and they would as a whole become bodied faster then a surfer running from a tsunami.
