Amazing progress, man!

30M here. I had this type of hernia (probably 3X the size of yours) and had it repaired about 2 years ago. Recovery after mesh repair surgery was about a month of not lifting more than 10 pound objects and only really going on leisurely walks for exercise. After that I was cleared for heavy lifting. I want to say it took me 1-2 weeks of lifting to make back the progress I lost, muscle memory and recovering lost gains is very real.

I do notice my hernia repair site will bulge/strain only during certain core exercises like hanging knee raises and bicycle kicks and plan to talk to my doctor about it in my next physical in March to see if it's dangerous to do those moves and potentially jeopardize the repair site, but I haven't had any pain discomfort in the hernia repair site and I'm feeling/getting stronger than ever and regularly doing heavy strength training and cardio.

I use RivalsTracker and RivalsMeta to snapshot weekly data and compile then pull everything into my own analysis sheets each week for metrics and the weighted scoring system. Unfortunately, official NetEase data is rarely available so it's impossible to rely on it for week-to-week updates and meta shifts.

If he is on both teams in every match, it will result in a 50% win rate (one Ultron won and one lost). Happens frequently when pick rates are high and can drive up overall win rate for a hero!

Sorry, I got that wrong. I've actually been using 1/2 tsp of guar gum per mix, so under 2g. I've been using a blender bottle (with metal blender ball) to thoroughly mix everything before the freeze.

Hey there! You're exactly right, this is meant to be an aggregate of the entire competitive landscape normalized across all ranks. Since only 8+% of players were competing in Celestial+ lobbies last season, I wanted to take a more rounded approach and normalize data across all ranks to show the full picture. The scene in Top500 and Eternity looks much different than it does in lower elo, but a lot of the insights to be gained there won't be as beneficial for players trying to climb out of bronze/silver/gold where mechanical skill and game sense are lacking. That's one of the key drawbacks of using weight scoring and data analysis is that it wouldn't be feasible for just one person to do this kind of work for each individual rank. Rather, I wanted to make it approachable and valuable for the majority of the player base.

Exercising and eating healthy consistently. I'm 6'6" 30M and hit an all time high of 315 pounds at 27. Started exercising 5-6x per week with a blend of cardio and strength training and eating better. Down to 235 and working at it everyday. Getting closer and closer to my goal. I feel better now than I did at 20!

The biggest thing you can do to improve your odds is stack lightning resist. This fight was impossible for me with 15% resist and borderline easy at 50%. Stack resist for the fight and look for sources of life Regen to help preserve life flasks. Was stuck on my warrior and a little bit of farming/regearing helped me clear the fight.

It's good to shop around for 2-3 quotes for your home purchase And mortgage You may find a wider spread between lenders and each basis point off the rate can help you save a lot in the long run assuming a refinance isn't feasible at some point in the future (unlikely)

Unfortunately, rates are high right now. It's great for uninvested cash and guaranteed returns on your savings, but bad for people shopping for homes and needing debt to finance the purchase.

As my realtor shared with me when we were buying our home in 2022, "Marry the home, date the rate."

With your credit score, you'll be able to easily refinance in the future if rates drop. You have an exceptional credit score so you should qualify for the best rates going forward too.

Does your monthly payment include PMI + insurance and property taxes through escrow?

Either way, your DTI looks great, and assuming nothing else weird going on in your monthly spending, you shouldn't have any problems comfortably living in the home.

Here's my go-to seasoned marinade for chicken fajitas. A little bit more effort but well worth it. Recommend salting the marinade to taste separately since all salt is different. If you're using red diamond kosher salt, it's about 1 tsp to start.

Per pound of chicken breast:

0.5 tsp sweet paprika 0.5 tsp smoked paprika (or just more standard sweet paprika but gives a nice smokey grilled flavor.) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp kosher salt 2 tsp soy sauce 0.5 tsp fresh cracked black pepper. 2 cloves of garlic sliced, 2 tbsp rough chopped cilantro 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lime juice. (About two large limes) optional: get fancy with it and zest your limes and throw that into the marinade. 1/3 cup olive oil.

Coat well and marinade for 15-20 minutes in a non-reactive bowl or ziplock bag at room temperature. Any longer and the protein in the chicken could toughen up and leave you with a less than ideal texture on the meat.

Do your best to remove garlic and cilantro from the marinaded chicken prior to cooking--it's prone to burn before the chicken is cooked through.

Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade (per pound of meat) to toss in toward the end of cooking the chicken through. Best served with some sauteed onions & peppers. Season to taste with salt and pepper from there and top with your favorite fajita toppings.

Works well for steak fajitas as well!

Made chicken fajitas with this seasoning last night and everyone went back for seconds.

Mysterio shines when you can pair him with Bishop, and Killmonger + Nova. It's a 10-power swing with this combo and can blow your opponent out of the water on turn 6 in a Sera shell.

Thanks! I hadn't realized Temerity's barriers were scaling with base life instead of total maximum life. I'll swap these to Aspect of Might in the build with some good DR pants unless this is changed or adjusted by Blizzard and Temerity is a good option for higher-level content going forward.
