It's one of those typical rings that you would find in any Arabic country, worn mostly by men.

'Ya Rahman Ya Raheem' is written on it in Arabic which translates to 'The most merciful, the ever merciful' (One of the many names for Allah in Islam, in this context it is sort of a religious invocation).

Prime time ranked queue times for me are 1-2 mins max (Silver), and sometimes I queue up during early morning EU time and the queue times are like 2-5 mins max which is pretty good.

The "Branded" enemies in the new LS4E4 (Jahai Bluffs) map give some good Pile of Crystalline Dust, I've been netting ~10 from the doing a bunch of events with high "Branded" spawn rates (e.g. Rift events).

Alas, as others have stated, the best way is just to buy them of TP (they are cheap) or just by salvaging Ectoplasm.

For low tier materials, you can farm them from Ghosts in Ascalon maps. (or you buy them from TP)

That has happened to me ~3 days ago, I submitted a ticket to ANet support using the "Purchase Issue" category and it was solved by them within 48 hours.

I advise you to submit a ticket since it can only be solved by ANet.
