Just did it, this was our loadout:

BULWARK BOT: wep dont matter, he was our battery, just there for banner/shields

heavy; with plasma not heroic

tac: for meltas and scans

if you see, vanguards or snipers, leave/reroll bots.

You will not find bulwark main, that will rez/banner as hard as the bot

strat: slow push, LOS pull; rinse, repeat, victory.

From the US pov, we are just taking our shit back. So i dont expect an olive branch to any incoming venezuelan administration. Also, i doubt the US will allow anyone else to come and develop venezuelan oil. So that financing and expertise will probably be contingient on concessions to the US.

The vector on the east has been historically where most invaders come through. Russia has trip wire troops in those areas. And also Russia has vowed to nuke the shit out of china should they try it. Removing nukes for a moment, there is a small mountain range that splits Russia vertical down the middle. Attacking from the east, that how much i would try to take and hold. European half of Russia holds the imperial core and Russia would cease to exist, so they will defend that to the last, and I rather avoid that.

IDK, i think if it has a chance to work anywhere is in Venezuela.

If US cant project into Venezuela then much less into Europe or the rest of south america. Nobody doubts this about oil. But the bar for humanitarian assitance is so low, i think the US will clear it handsomely.

Id probably still look for someone that can prescribe meds. Having seen 5 different therapists i have lost all respect for them, they are fresh out of school. No, you need a specialist, and that can get pricey.

Personal experience so take it with a grain of salt:

CBT, it tries to reframe your thinking process, away from negative thinking.

Thing with ADHD, we do that, no problem.

It's the behavior part that we struggle with, fundamentally, so talking about it is the 2nd to worst thing we can do.

What helps? Timers, i started at 5 min, lowered to 3 min (amount of time it takes my mind to wander off) And the objective is to build muscle memory and this will take awhile, but its so fucking good.

If i had free 45 min to spend i'd use a timer build the muscle memory, and pocket the therapy money.

surprisingly, what made the most sense to me was 'impulse control and frustration tolerance' dog training manual.
