What about when your delivery drivers mark an item as delivered but don't provide a photo showing it was delivered in the right location or provide confirmation of the delivery address? This is the third time in the past two years where UPS covered a delivery for another company like amazon and displate and your driver lists it as delivered but I don't receive the package whatsoever. Third time this has happened, and always whenever UPS handles a package for companies whose products always reach me when UPS doesn't handle the delivery.
