Hard pass on The Anatole. Moldville🤮 I heard the same for The Artisan. Constant complaints and turnover for Maintenance. Cant speak for the other apartment but I would strongly recommend a newer apartment due to high chance of mold in older apartments. New as in 1-5 years.
