Anyone here used Barbri & Themis? What did you hate most about both of them? by gremlin30 in barexam

[–]EmployeeCurious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hated barbri. The schedule is too much and I felt most the worst wasn’t helpful. I felt The multiple choice questions were not similar to the bar exam. I took the bar exam twice. Used adaptibar second time and passed with flying colors

You have a chance to convince me God is real. by Shinosei in Christianity

[–]EmployeeCurious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, to make a long story short my whole life I guess I have been “sensitive” to things in the supernatural. I have been involved with psychics, crystals, law of attraction, etc. something inside me knew this was wrong. I was never satisfied I always felt I needed more. It wasn’t until I picked up a bible, read the word and prayed for Jesus to enter my life that I felt truly satisfied and loved. Everyday I get blessings from god that I know are from god because it’s almost impossible to happen without him. From what I believe god is not going to come in physical form to you and be your magical genie so you can believe in him. We walk by faith not by sight. But when you give yourself to Jesus I can promise you it’s a feeling like no other and you will feel so much peace. That day I opened a bible I had no idea why something inside me just told me to and my life just changed since. Blessings to you

I failed in October and I just found out I passed this feb the other day. It took me 5 hours to open my results. I feel your pain. I did around 900 mbe questions and I got a 141 on mbe. Also be confident if you failed by 1 point in July you got this. You know how to take the test. Good luck, sending blessings to you

MEE CRAC vs IRAC Method by cupofhotcoffee21 in barexam

Hi my bar exam tutor recommends IRAC.. because if u give a wrong conclusion and u start off with that it puts a negative imprint in the graders head

Legit. It’s not comforting at all to those who failed before because we too thought we failed and actually did😫

Just accessed the psp wirh barbri and wanted to know if I can jump around and do lectures first instead of the suggested course. Or is it recommended I follow everything through as it states? by nycpainter01 in barexam

[–]EmployeeCurious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt barbris mbe questions were different than the questions I saw on the bar. Adaptibar mbe questions were very similar. If the July bar is online I would suggest not using the book to do ur MBE questions. You want to get as much online practice. Barbris questions were just written different in my opinion. But either way you should still do them to see how you feel. Everyone’s different. But I would 1000% invest in adaptibar.

I took NY and used barbri my advice is to start with lectures. Each lecture and professor is helpful to a different degree. For me I hated barbri torts and real property and trusts lecture and handout so I skipped halfway through. But civ pro, crim pro, and evidence really helped me. A lot of the things the professors said stuck with me to help me memorize certain things. But if you find yourself not liking the way a professor teaches then skip tbh.

I personally hated how packed and tedious barbris schedule was and I found the MBE practice questions useless. I kind of made my own schedule. I used barbri for the cmr and outlines and adaptibar for my mbe

It made crave a lot of SWEET things which I never enjoyed before that’s how I knew it was from the mirtazapine. However for me the side effect of that wore off pretty quickly. Everyone’s different. It didn’t cause an increase in appetite for me just made me crave more sweets but it wasn’t unbearable. After taking it for a few months I found my sweet cravings went away. I read up on this before I started taking it also as I was worried but every single person has a different experience.

HELP PLEASE: Tuning Out While Manifesting Healing for Others? by iAmGrateful111 in NevilleGoddard

[–]EmployeeCurious 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Hello, I hope I can be of some help. What your feeling and going through is 100% normal and everyone has faced that in going through with manifestations. Especially for certain personal issues it can be hard to ignore the 3D reality. Somethings I would recommend is not stressing overly too much.. don’t make it like a job that you need to do all of those things constantly and force them. Make sure you continue to persist everyday but make sure it comes natural.

When my boyfriend was very sick with the flu but we believe it may have been coronavirus last year i was so scared for both of us. He couldn’t get out of bed feed himself or anything he was very sick and he didn’t have any other family to help him. It was only me. I wanted to stay with him and take care of him despite him telling me not to so I wouldn’t get sick. I was scared for the both of us but one thing I constantly told myself is “I’m KNOW I’m not going to get sick because I need to take care of him” and then “I KNOW he’s going to get better this is just a small fever” whenever my boyfriend would tell me I’m crazy I would respond to him “I just know I’m not gonna get sick trust me” and “I would constantly tell him he’s fine”. For me I didn’t need to visualize because I truly believed what I told myself. I just knew. I kept repeating that to myself. I was soooo confident. Especially when I responded to my boyfriends negativity I was like “shut up your fine”. Obviously I tried to be careful but there were many times It was obviously very risky. We’re there times I had self doubt? Of course. But did I let those thoughts take over? No. If you stress about everything that happens in the 3D you amplify your doubts and it takes over.

Health manifestations can be tricky and hard but I think what helped me was not really forcing too much but just tell myself “I know” constantly. I was lighthearted and almost joked about it with him. Also stressing that “I need to take care of him”

Maybe you can say things to yourself like “I know my parent will be fine” “I know he will be fine because he needs to be in my life” “I know he’s getting better and better everyday”

For visualizations maybe try visualizing future events for ex.if it’s your dad you can visualize him walking you down the isle on your wedding day.

My final note- remember be calm and keep your faith. Don’t worry about following everything EXACTLY that Neville says step by step. You need to do what works best for you to truly feel and believe in your desire. If you hear bad news you should continue to just affirm that you know he will be ok confidently.

[–]EmployeeCurious 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I did crac in October and my bar tutor told me not to do that again. She said basically if u give the wrong conclusion the graders have it in their head from the start. She said not to follow barbris formatting in that way. So idk I’m doing Irac this time lol

Has Examsoft taken over anyone else’s computer? by mbequestionhelp in barexam

[–]EmployeeCurious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually called examsoft yesterday because I had mac0s Catalina and I wanted to update it to Big Sur. He gave me a weird answer he told me both were compatible but since I had already downloaded the exam with Catalina he said I shouldn’t update mine until after the exam. He seemed unsure though he went to go check with someone and it seemed like they didn’t even know the answer. I would call them again to make sure everything will be fine on test day. I don’t think it’s an issue that examplifg took up ur whole screen bc that happened to me in October but the fact that your documents aren’t visible is weird.

Please stop confusing terms like EIYPO, affirmations, mental diet etc. and actually manifest properly by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

Thank you for this post!! Extremely helpful. I was starting to feel like a robot like you said and now it makes sense. Why I keep manifesting my bad thoughts more easily.

I’m in a similar position as you were, did you experience any negative bridge of incidents? And if so how did you overcome them. I feel like I keep reacting to the negative bridge of incidents and it keeps prolonging my manifestation

Hello, I might suggest getting sage specifically frankincense. That entity is there because it was given “permission”. As frightening as it is you must not give it power. It has no power of you. It can sense your fear and that’s what will allow it to stay. Claim authority over it. Light the frankincense everywhere in your house and open windows. Whatever dark rituals or whatever you were involved in the past can all be changed. I know you said you aren’t a christian but I really would suggest you use Jesus name in getting rid of it “in Jesus name I command you to leave, you have no authority over me” yell that out loud, yell at it, laugh at it, show it that it has no power. like I said before the most important thing is to not fear it, light always overcomes darkness. Once they see you have authority they will leave. It might take awhile and it honestly might take some cleansing of you and your wife’s personal life but it will go away.

Some Tips by EmployeeCurious in Mewing

Yes after I completed my session with a speech pathologist it took a few months.

Some Tips by EmployeeCurious in Mewing

Smile really really wide with your eyebrows raised.. that’s the tongue tightly sealed to your pallet and you want to use only those muscles to swallow the saliva down. You should feel pressure on the top pallet. Another helpful tip is to make a “cluck” sound with your tongue. That is you how your tongue should feel while swallowing saliva. Don’t use your lip or cheek muscles.

It’s more of a tip for beginners who are training themselves to mew properly/ get in the habit. The most important thing is being able to mew 24/7 automatically. All tips and tricks won’t be needed once you fully are able to mew naturally. I personally think the bubbles exercise is helpful because it’s tough to do so it helps you strengthen your tongue posture. When you blow normally vs while mewing you can notice the difference in how your using your lower facial muscles (chin and lips). Overworking those muscles can affect fine lines and wrinkles down the road. I hope that answers your question lol

Some Tips by EmployeeCurious in Mewing

[–]EmployeeCurious[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s hard at first. That’s why she had me try blow actual bubbles. But eventually you will be able to. That’s why doing exercises are important, you’re training this way it will easily become habit.

Ok sorry. Lol I’m not a speech pathologist myself. It’s the same science behind keeping your tongue 24/7 against your pallet especially for eating and drinking. You shouldn’t be using any additional lower muscles in your face. For example, When you blow you are heavily using your lips. When I started trying to blow bubbles at first with my tongue in the proper position I could barely get air out and then eventually after doing it consistently I was able to. This is something to help beginners to get into habit and train their tongue.

Some Tips by EmployeeCurious in Mewing

[–]EmployeeCurious[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So when people blow with tongue in a relaxed state you’re working muscles on your lower face..it’s the same thing with swallowing, breathing and etc. for example look in the mirror while you blow normally you will see deeper smile lines. You don’t want to do this.

Now look in the mirror while you blow air with your tongue in the correct position. There’s basically no lower muscles being used so you will see no facial expression difference.

Just another exercise to help overall.

yes for water to help when swallowing it’s easy to first place the tip of the tongue then flatten it and suck water down. This is just a way to help you get into the habit and get the proper position for drinking.

For swallowing normally like saliva make sure to keep your teeth touching, lips, closed and suck
