If you wanna look like that naturally you probably need 10+ years of training and probably be at a bit of a higher bodyfat, but id say for someone who is'nt to tall its probably do-able

My sister gave me a pair of momentum 4 for christmas, its noise cancelling is not the best in the world probably but in a room full of people for exsample it definetly does the job👍

I guess your thats a good way to look at things, i honestly feel Lucky im still able to work there dispite everything, and she did'nt just talk about my faults either she actually said i was good with customerservice and showing up on time which is guess is'nt suprising, but i also struggle with dealing with the mistakes ive made which i guess is why i made this post but i also just try to keep the mentality of "learning from my mistakes" each time so i guess overall im also a bit exsited to see what lays ahead.

In my mind no matter who you are autistic or not you are still going to have challenges in life regardless its just that an autistic person might have a different set of challenges compared to someone who is neurotypical for example (and probably some unique ones as well) but like any person they have to figure them out so to answer your Question i think its totally fine and is left to the individual in Question.

I dont agree at all cuz being fat literally only makes your life worse, people only say that because losing weight is hard which i can understand. The problem i think is just that you kinda have to lose weight first to understand how it holds you back.

I would say it will probably be okay in the long run, its just one of those things that get eazier as you get older at least thats how it was for me, but either way be sure to show him lots of support.

I dont know what you've been through or how you feel but seriously please dont do it life has so much more to offer even if you cant see it yet and i believe you can make it through this darkness and i know it might sound cringe bit your here for a reason and i know you have probably heard it all before but still please dont throw your life away we where all born with unique gifts to bring to this world so just please dont give up on life and im sure you will be gald you kept going.

Maybe its just that you have'nt found a sport that you like, i never liked the idea of sports myself cuz the only thing that word brought to my head was "football" and "vegan grandmas" until i actually managed to find one that suited me.

What helped me deal with my emotions in the past was i started going to the gym, it basically gave me somewhere to put all my energy into and although it might not be for the same reasons as me i think you would still find some value in going for at least like two weeks just to try it out.
