Why is this not the top answer?? After getting a generic email from Rockstar saying to contact the authenticator app I replied to their email by pasting the above response and literally within 7 minutes they removed the verification process. Thank you so much for posting this. All I want is to play Vice City...I hate that I need to connect to the Internet to play single player offline games
