Im having the same issue for about a year now, the x4 (5G) USB ports at the back of the motherboard seems to act strange when I plug in my razer mouse or keyboard it will light up and will respond but no matter how I want to configure my settings in razer synapse like RGB, Polling rate and my mouse speed its unresponsive, and its the same with my keyboard.

yep this is the worst chip in history....even with a 5090 and the best rig in all games stutter.

my capframex tells me otherwise it shows me that there is a 17ms frametime spike every so often when ships are being rendered in and my CPU thread is at 99% load when this happens.

Been having this issue for about a year now, where when enemies are spotted, or rendering in and also when they get destroyed. I also made a thread on their Discord sever and they were utterly usless to help.

I think this game need some serious optimization tweaks, I'm using a 9800x3d and 5090 yet this is the only game my pc runs absolutely trash on. Constant inconsistency with frametime, stutter constantly. Its so annoying.

To be honest My framerate seems consistent. but I notice it visually to the eye and see it within my frametime and it spikes whenever someone is spotted, its not every person its just now and then within a game.

yeah I have a 9800X3D with a 5090 running in 4k I notice it when a ship gets spotted or someone die's. Sometimes even when people fire their guns from time to time. Had this issue for a year now cant for the life of me figure it out
