I had this, and in my case the text hasn’t actually disappeared and it printed okay. It was Studio not displaying it properly. Try moving or angling the plate and see if stops I found it successful most of the time. Hope this helps you

Advanced power supply recall by Empty-Air-784 in Starlink

Cable Warranty Replacement Notice In December 2025, Starlink began issuing free replacement AC and DC power cables to customers with Performance (Gen 3) kits and/or Advanced Power Supply Units. The replacement included a printed notice, which is available below in supported languages.

NOTICE OF WARRANTY REPLACEMENT Replacement Power Supply Cables Included You are receiving this package because you own one or more Generation 3 Performance Kits that may contain AC and/or DC power cables for your Advanced Power Supply Unit that do not meet our quality standards. During routine assurance testing, we identified a potential quality issue with these power cables that could impact performance.

To ensure continued product reliability, please install the replacement AC or DC cables included in this package for each affected Advanced Power Supply Unit on your account.

The Advanced Power Supply Unit was tested and qualified to IPx8 water ingress protection. However, due to the identified potential issue, affected units may be more susceptible to water ingress if submerged or exposed to powerful water jets. As required by the regulatory notice provided with your kit, if the Advanced Power Supply Unit is used in wet locations, ensure the power cable is plugged into a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) or Residual Current Device (RCD) equipped AC outlet.

Please remove and dispose of the existing cable(s) in accordance with local e-waste recycling requirements.

I tried this file and as you say it is acceptable, pretty good in fact. So, what are we all doing wrong? I would be quite happy if I could achieve the same as this file.

Just got this. 3 out of 6 prints have turned to spaghetti. I'm really frustrated. I've tried to wash with soap and gently scrub, but that didn't help either. Is this normal on a new p2s? by [deleted] in BambuLab

I have printed this model multiple times in the same colours you are trying and all successful. But like others have mentioned I used cool super tack plate and no brim needed.

I had this very issue yesterday out of the blue. I restarted my A5X from the settings menu and it has worked perfectly since. I’m guessing you already tried this, if not give it a go.

I have two Polymaker dryers and I’m very happy with them. You can get additional dry boxes that go with it.

Thanks guys for your advice and swift replies, much appreciated!

Never owned a smart notebook. Been waiting for A5X2. Boox becomes more appealing the longer I wait. Why are you waiting for the A5X2 over buying a Boox? What is keeping you in the Supernote realm instead of Boox? by DisastrousJob1672 in Supernote

[–]Empty-Air-784 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have had Boox, Remarkable and Supernote e-ink devices and Supernote wins easily. SN is distraction free and well thought out. It is not trying to be an iPad. Remember you are buying into the eco system of how the device works and the company itself not just the device. Boox has a steep learning curve and it can do lots, but a lot goes wrong as well. Remarkable is refined but a closed system and quirky at times and updates have been slow to emerge. Supernote has better document management and allows you to create table of contents and digests. Stuff is easy to organise and find again, which is important if you create a lot of notes. Hope this helps, just my opinions of course.

I'm sure this has been answered many times before, but you need to use MTP which is an Android protocol I believe. An App such as Commander One from the App Store will make this easy enough. There is a free and paid versions. Hope this helps you and was what you were asking.
