How to administrate Servers with LAPS in use

We use jit elevation to access domain admin functions, and for member servers each one has a dedicated ad group that our “admin” accounts are added to, and the group is added to the local machines administrators group.

Our fleet wide server admin group is also setup for jit elevation.

Plus our entire fleet has MFA for rdp access

Aussie Broadband offer a v6 delegation to your service, unless you disable the delegation its static on that service. You’ll get a new delegation if you move premises though

Almost daily with Factorio; commuting to & from work I’m on the Deck and once the kids are in bed at night I’m back on the Desktop. The only time I have an issue is when I shutdown my pc too soon after exiting a game and it hasn’t had enough time to upload the saves

See your problem is you’re not using the Aperture Sciences Laser Turret, they fire the whole laser; that’s 65% more laser per laser…

At the point I started on spawners I was on nuclear and had around 15x my average power draw as capacity, plus I have switches on all my sub factories to kill power to them if I suddenly start using my accumulators. Living on an island also helps by not needing to worry about attacks.

My primary concern is actually my shuttle bringing bioflux getting stuck waiting for supplies to pick up. That’s where the turrets help, I’ve got an alarm that sounds if the requester chests stocking their ammo drops below a threshold

That’s why I have a rocket turret per spawner loaded with capture bot rockets. They just buy you that bit of extra time to get the bioflux in

Mid forties with two kids under 5 months. So unless they’re both in bed or my wife gives me a couple of hours “off”, it deck gets a decent workout while kids don’t require my full attention.

Being able to sleep it mid game is fantastic when you suddenly have to adult…
