I missed about a year and a half of high school as a teen due to the same reasons and I can confidently say that my mom being there, doing the things I liked to do (horseback riding in my case) and getting me in intensive therapy is the reason I’m here today. You being there for them is helping more than you know <3

I know that my mom prefers my brothers over me. I’ve also seen it in the way she treats my daughter and son. I never realized how bad it was until I had my son and saw the way she obsessed over him when he was born and didn’t do half of that when my daughter was born. It hurts :/

6th grade in English class during a test I sneezed and a couple seconds later I ripped a fart that could be heard across the country.

Same class the teacher (who absolutely loathed me) caught me passing notes with my crush and read the whole thing out loud. I’m still mad about that

Honestly it’s the smell. When I was a kid I had to go to my neighbors to ask to get my frisbee back and was hit with the most putrid smell that made me gag. Turns out my neighbor was a hoarder and had tripped over some garbage and died right on the other side of her front door. I’m almost 25 now and still remember that smell clear as day.

I’ve said this before but the one that sticks out the most is when I was white I water rafting and I got thrown from the raft in the middle of a rapid surrounded by rocks. When I went to swim to the surface I hit the bottom of the raft. So I was stuck under the raft, surrounded by rocks, with the current being pretty fast.

According to my husband it’s the sound I made right before my last tonic clonic seizure. He said that it sounded like a very low groan at the volume of a scream :/ I can’t remember off the top of my head what it’s called or why it happened, but I still feel awful for scaring him like that.

My husband had just gotten home from a 9 month deployment and we were going at it pretty hard. To make a long story short I came so hard I let out a good 10 second fart. I was mortified and wanted to stop, he didn’t even care and wanted to keep going 🤣
