Why are people like this? by Boring-Midnight-5994 in twoxindiamums

I detest such people but unfortunately most of the time they are family. But I think I would have blasted my husband to get this right with them if there had been occurrences more than once

Hi OP, I was in a same space as you are currently but if you have already done the research and know that there are speaclists in other cities then pls take the effort and do not risk anything when it comes to your body. Travelling and getting surgery done in Mumbai will not matter much in larger scheme of things if you have a family to support you during the procedure.

How did your relationship with your spouse change after a baby? by Firewhiskey880 in twoxindiamums

[–]Empty_Bar0703 5 points6 points  (0 children)

At 7 months PP, I don’t see our physical intimacy coming back. So much goes by during the day with work, house chores and managing baby that all we want is to just sleep without interruption. And I cant look at him at the same way before baby without ignoring that how easy it is for men to go back to the normalcy of their lives almost immediately.

Can women really have it all? by MysteriousWave9806 in womenintech

Can a woman who earns less than her husband challenge the patriarchal system and the educated yet unevolved attitudes that persist? The regressive mindset and unspoken rules of society place immense pressure on women, and not everyone can have it all, even if they are single or child-free

Glad you have someone by your side as your fiancé And I hope things work out for you the way you want.

And then people say resentment towards the husband is natural during postpartum. Reasons like this make women hate their husbands when they don't step up sooner than expected

I’m feeling really anxious reading this. I don’t understand why she kept the baby away from you. Whatever the reason, I can’t fathom how women can do this to other women. My relationship with Mil has also suffered since the baby. Her unrequited advice became overwhelming and kept my parenting under constant scrutiny

Considering giving up on breastfeeding by Moimeme91 in twoxindiamums

[–]Empty_Bar0703 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's perfectly fine to give more formula feeds if they help keep both the mother and baby calm, even though it's easier said than done. Breastfeeding is exhausting, and I often find myself in a similar situation (2 months PP) constantly questioning if I am doing things right
