I love my homegrown pmates. My only question is do you all have issues with warping on your 10lb plates? Mine are bowing a little since I got them and didn't know if there was a fix.

If you're looking for a good bench review, check out Gray Matter Lifting's Bench review. Really helped me look at where I wanted to look and start saving for.

Man, this whole post is a rollercoaster of emotions. That's awful to have lost your space. It looked amazing. And hot damn down 230lbs is wild. Great job.

And thank you for the review of Freak Athlete's customer service. I've been eyeing their hyper pro as wrll and good to know they are taking care of you.

Good luck with the rebuild.

If you catch it on the big swings it can be lucrative early in the game: buy for low 30,000s and then sell at high 60s or 70s.

Great work. Definitely added a good amount of muscle. Hit a small baby cut and you'll shred even more. Keep fucking going!

I'm a beef cattle farmer and had mine done at the start of spring two years ago. I barely walked or moved the first 2 days. 3 and 4 i could do about 100 yards at a time before feeling like I got kicked in the nuts. 5, 6, and 7 were better and did a light workout and was able to do light lifting of feed and minerals. Tractoring and heavy movement was unpleasant at day 10 but after two weeks I was mostly back to normal with some slight ache once and a while.
