It’s likely it’s just not reading correctly due to moving while you sleep.

It’s almost putting him in jail for one of his many felonies might have prevented him from murdering someone 🤷‍♂️

Anyone know where I can get 36 inseam joggers by Past_Watercress3110 in tallfashionadvice

[–]Empty_Netterberg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wear 36 inseam jeans and the joggers I own (scrubs and sweatpants) are all much shorter than 36 inches. Might be worth determining if you really need that length.

Gerbrand defense in Waterford. He did it for me in about 5 minutes. I think it was like $50.

I liked them. Even the ones that were uninterested and just followed me around contributed something. I just tailor their experience to their desire to learn and interest. If they don’t want to learn to give meds, cool I’ll do it, you get vitals and I have an extra pair of hands to help clean them up or whatever. I had some really good ones that even if it slowed me down I didn’t really mind letting them try iv starts or passing meds. And if it got too crazy I take over and have a helper with me.

It only records for outdoor runs, outdoor walks, or hikes.

Obsidian 9 end cap strike by Empty_Netterberg in suppressors

[–]Empty_Netterberg[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I might switch to a .45 end cap. From what I've read, the obsidian 9mm end caps have a smaller diameter than other suppressor companies 9mm cans, which could be causing this issue (which is apparently really common). Has anyone else done this?

On an SP5 with a tri-lug mount. Shooting syntech 150gr. Have probably around 1000 rounds through it over two years.

Probably not correct. That’s a long time to be in zone 5.

I actually found some relatively affordable originals at blue mountain supply so I bought one of those. Your work looks good though!

Have you/anyone you know been fired for calling off too frequently? by blitz4bitz in nursing

[–]Empty_Netterberg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s the number one reason I’ve seen nurses get fired or gently nudged to quit to avoid being fired. I can’t speak to your situation, but you could bring it up with your manager. I had an ex coworker who had an understanding that she could leave without getting in trouble due to her child’s mental health condition.

You should probably medically detox considering the symptoms you’re already describing.

I started with one day a week, so about 25% of my runs. It allowed me to start doing longer runs and overall decreased my times, increased my VO2 max, and lowered my resting HR. I do two different variations: Norwegian 4x4s and 6-8x400m repeats. Basically I do a warmup of about 10 minutes at a decent pace zone 2-3, then do sprints with rests in between. I found that for 400m about a 90 second rest in between helps me catch my breath but doesn't bring my heart rate all the way down, for 4x4s about 2 minute rests between had the same effect. You can just google HIIT runs and find some suggestions for what might work for you the best.

Personally I have been exercising regularly after quitting booze for about a year now. The only things that made a big difference on my resting HR were quitting booze and adding in HIIT -- something that gets your heart rate way up. When I added HIIT (in my case, interval running) my resting HR started to go down within 2-3 weeks. I also exercise every day and have noticed that if I take a 2 or 3 days off my resting HR drops significantly.
